- This news worthy documentary, following literally Joseph Tirone, a Real Estate Agent and an owner of property located on Staten Island in the Oakwood Beach neighborhood, which has had weather related issues with flooding habitually in the past, and currently the 'Super Storm Sandy' that devastated the area, including deaths from the flooding and destruction of some houses. In relating to the past and present, Oakwood Beach area is a low land and basically a flood plain, that had flooding throughout the years from Hurricanes and storms. Starting in 2008 flooding have happened every year. Joe has single-handedly presented this to the owners of the houses, town, state and banks asking for a buyout program.
